SARA is both website and mobile App available in IOS and Android to manage service requests. The aim is to replace chat systems (such as LINE, whatsapp group or Telegram) in a more efficient way.

With a single operation platform for internal communication and task management, SARA helps hotels to provide excellent guest service. With mobile applications, staffs can create and manage real-time service requests (maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, etc.) and communicate as a team. A real-time chat is attached to each request and provides full lifecycle details.
